1. Check-in starts at 3 PM and ends at 11 AM the following day.
2. Prior to the arrival, please contact us by phone about 40 minutes before, so that the receptionist could be prepared for your arrival. Main reception is located in another building.
3. Credit or debit card details are required when booking a room. The full cost of your stay will be be blocked on your card, which acts as a deposit for your stay. Should the cost of your stay change, and a refund is due, this will be released as per your card issuers rules.
4. If you don’t have a debit or credit card, a bank transfer of 50% of the cost of the whole stay (100% for overnight stays) is required. This payment is not refundable
5. Cancellation with full refund is possible up to 2 days prior to your arrival date. There are penalty charges in case of no-show or cancellation commited less than 2 days prior to your arrival
6. There is free luggage storage available for guests.
7. Invoices are available on request. We will require the receipt(s) supplied to you during the stay. We can issue the invoice on guest’s request till 15th day of the next month.

Additional charges::

1. Pets –Advanced notification required. Extra cost of 70 PLN per night (bowl and a pet blanket included).
2. Parking - There is a car park with limited spaces in the courtyard. Parking fee 35 PLN per night, advanced booking necessary.

The entrance is located in the courtyard of the building. There are two ways to get to the courtyard -either through the gate on Ordynacka 14 Street (the logo is located above the gate) or through Cafe Vincent’s gate on Nowy Świat 64 Street (please be aware that it might be crowded).
